Fifth Avenue Floral

Stamp Set:
Fifth Avenue Floral

Paper:
Rose Red
So Saffron
Certainly Celery
Glossy white

Ink:
Basic Blac
VersaMark
Rose Red Ink Refill
Real Red Ink Refill
So Saffron Ink Refill

Accessories:
Black Embossing Powder
Little Leaves Sizzlet Die Cut
Eyelet Border Punch
Spray Bottle with water
Plenty of paper towels

Technique: Ink, Spray, Smush
For this technique you need to take two pieces of glossy paper(cut to the size you need) and drop two or three drops from each of the different color of ink refills on one piece of the glossy paper. Then spray two or three squirts of water on the drops of refills. Then spray your blank piece of glossy paper with the water. Then lay the two pieces on top of each other and mash it together until the two pieces or covered in the ink. No two pieces will ever look the exact same. After it is covered good, pull them apart and wipe across the top of paper with a paper towel, this is to take off the excess ink. Sometimes this part can be very messy. Have plenty of paper towels on hand and maybe come gloves. Let the pieces dry. Then stamp your floral stamp with versa mark on the glossy paper. Cover with black embossing powder and heat with heat tool. Then cut the floral out with sissors. You can do the same with the other piece or just use it for another project. You can also use it just for a background.
The base card is cut at 4 1/4" X 11" and scored at 5 1/2". Another piece of rose red is cut 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", So Saffron is 3 5/8" x 3 5/8" and 1 1/2" x 4 1/4". The use the eyelet border punch on the 1 1/2" x 4 1/4".
Have fun!!
