Paper Sacks (3 1/2' x 2"x 6 3/4") I could only find them at Michaels. I used the white sack but they come in many colors. You have to cut the sack down to 2 3/4" high and apply to the Top Note Die with adhesive. You have to cut two of the Top Note Die. Adhere one to the front and one to the back. The leaves are punched with the 5 petal punch and cut off to make the leaf.
